Law of Attaction

Law of Attraction says, "That which is like unto itself is drawn."

This means that our thoughts are attracting similar thoughts. And those thoughts are attracting people, circumstances and events that are like them. In your life, what are your dominant thoughts? If you don't know, look at your life. What is happening is always a reflection of what you are thinking and how you are vibrating.

This is a wonderful thing! Now that you know you are creating it, you can choose different thoughtsyou have control over your life! Isn't it a relief to know that? 

Are you thinking, "I am a really positive person. If this were true, surely I would have attracted mostly good things into my life!"

At one point I felt that same way. Then someone pointed out to me how often I was still talking about what I didn't want, whether that be something general like a recent natural disaster, or something more personal like my painful migraine headache or my overbearing boss. Then I realized that all those thoughts were keeping me in a generally bad-feeling place, and that must be why my physical health and my career weren't where I wanted them to be at all!

When you focus on something that you do not want in an effort to push it away from you, it only comes closer, because you get what what you give your attention to, whether it is something that you want or not. It is up to you to focus on and attract what you want!

What does get happy get happierTM mean?

Getting happy is a choice. I do not mean to be trite. I do not expect that you can find a happy thought when you are experiencing a negative emotion. Nobody can be frustrated one moment and happy the next!

But if you can find the best-feeling thought from where you currently are, that is a conscious choice to feel better. If you are feeling powerless, and you reach for a feeling of revenge, you feel better. That is because revenge ignites you to a feeling of passion. It feels better than powerless, even if it still does not feel good. Stay with that vengeful feeling for a few moments, but as soon as you are ablehopefully before you act on itreach for a better-feeling thought from there. That thought might feel like anger.

Continue reaching for better-feeling thoughts, until you are feeling hopeful. The entire time you are attracting similar thoughts. When you get to hopeful, you will be attracting more positive thoughts, until soon you are at 'happy'blissful, empowered, knowing!

Difficult to believe? You already do this now; you just aren't aware of it. And often it is a slow process.

"Get happy" means to find the best feeling that you can from where you are, inching your way to happy a little at a time. As you do this, Law of Attraction brings you even happier thoughts, and along with those, people, circumstances and events that make you even happier!
